Our brands

The Wild Foods family

Bush Beef

Our wild beef comes from Normanby Station on Cape York Peninsula, Balnggarrawarra Country, where cattle roam open savannah grasses. No grain, no feedlot, no intervention. Each product is ethically harvested and handcrafted in small batches - the supermarket stuff is no match for true wild foods.

Salty Monkeys

Our seafood range is hand-caught by Traditional Owners and distributed by the Salty Monkey Seafoods crew out of Badu and Thursday Island. It's straight from the reef, and you can taste the difference. Fresh, clean, and sustainable.

Wild Foods is for the flavour seekers, the conscious chefs, and the community champions.

Premium flavour

Great taste, without compromise. Provided by Country with no artificial preservatives, there's more room for incredible flavours you won't find anywhere else.

Real provenance

Sourced from the land, the way it's been done for tens of thousands of years; reading the seasons, harvesting with care, and respecting Country. Traceable and connected.

Supporting communities

We source sustainably, support First Nations harvesters and communities, and ensure every product leaves Country better than we found it.

Kaiar are hand-selected by Torres Strait divers using methods that protect the reef and the fishery. GoodFish has awarded Kaiar a green-star rating.
The animals we work with live wild across Cape York and the Torres Strait. No paddocks, no pens, no managed herds. We work directly with First Nations Traditional Owners who use generations of knowledge of land and sea to ethically source and harvest produce.

Our Kaiar has a GoodFish green listing, which puts it among the most sustainably caught seafood in the country. Traditional Torres Strait seafood practices are deeply connected to seasonal knowledge, tides, reefs and migration patterns, with methods including hand-lining, diving, spearing and reef gleaning passed down through generations.
