Got wild questions?
Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions.
Bush Beef
What is the difference between wild food, free-range, and grass-fed beef?
Wild foods means no paddocks, no feedlots, no managed herds. Bush Beef cattle do their thing, grazing on native grasses with no human intervention until the muster season rolls around in the Dry.
Free-range and grass-fed beef are managed stock meaning farmers monitor and alter their environment and raise them to specifically meet these classifications.

How can I use wild beef?
Wild beef can be used exactly the same way as the beef you buy from your local supermarket, in pies, curries, pasta, burgers, tacos and anywhere you'd use mince. The difference is the flavour. Richer, deeper and shaped by diverse grazing. Once you taste the difference, there's no going back.
How is wild beef different from supermarket beef?
Wild beef has a bold, rich flavour you won't find on a supermarket shelf. The beef you buy at your local is often highly processed, full of preservatives and hormones from cattle raised in inhumane conditions.
Bush Beef is wild harvested, sustainably farmed and never mass-produced. All the good stuff that leads to delicious flavour.
